Since 2019, the amazing staff at Myer Eastland have raised over $55,000 to support families experiencing homelessness!
Their incredible effort ensures that people experiencing homelessness are given the care, safety and stability they desperately need.
This is money that has helped families in crisis find both emergency and long-term housing plus basic furniture to make it a home.
It provides school supplies, uniforms, and camps so children aren’t left behind.
It helps with medical and dental bills, so parents don’t have to choose between food and health care.
Not to mention the Christmas hampers they make and deliver each Christmastime.
For their amazing work, they have been recognised as the 2nd most successful Myer store for charitable fundraising in all of Australia!
We were proud to show our appreciation to Irene and the Myer Eastland team recently at one of their movie night fundraisers.
The community is a much better place as a result of their outstanding compassion and energy for making a difference.
