The Anchor Staff Awards are presented at the end of each year to recognise and celebrate the stand out contributions of staff members who shape our organisation.

Presented at the end of year staff Christmas party by interim Board Chair, Michael Deidun, there were a lot of cheers and applause for this year’s winners.

The three award categories are Leadership, Culture, and the Rising Star Award – all of which have an emphasis on demonstrating Anchor’s values: Belief, Authenticity, Collaboration, and Empathy.

With staff members submitting nominations for their colleagues, the awards are a great reflection of the talent across the organisation.
